The cost of each car battery replacement is inclusive of 1 year warranty (for petrol cars) and 6 months warranty (for diesel and commercial vehicles) which also covers our on-site labour and transport fees.

1. Batteries sold are non-refundable nor exchangeable.
2. Battery replacements are inclusive of 12 months warranty from the date of the invoice given to customers for petrol vehicle and 6 months warranty for diesel vehicle due to manufacturer’s defects.
3. Warranty does not cover over-charging, mishandling, breakage, self-drain or due to own negligence.
4. 6months/12months battery warranty from the date of the invoice given to customers covers a one-off 1 to 1 battery exchange due to manufacturer’s defect.
5. Revisit transport & labour fee of $50 applies after 24 hours of battery replacement service.
6. A copy of invoice issued by Battery Tyre Road Rescue is needed upon claiming of warranty.
7. Spare rim deposits are fully refundable upon return in original condition.
