Terms And Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions govern all services provided under the Battery Tyre Road Rescue brand, operated by Elite Auto Rescue Pte Ltd. By engaging our services, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Product Condition & Sales Policy

  • All batteries supplied are brand new.
  • Batteries sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where replacement is approved under warranty due to manufacturer’s defects.

2. Battery Warranty Coverage

  • Petrol vehicles: 12 months warranty

  • Diesel and commercial vehicles: 6 months warranty

    Warranty coverage begins from the date of the invoice issued to the customer and applies strictly to manufacturer-related defects.

    Where applicable, warranty coverage allows for a one-time, one-to-one battery exchange within the stated warranty period.

3. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover issues arising from, but not limited to:

  • Faulty alternator
  • Over-charging
  • Self-drainage due to negligence
  • Mishandling or breakage
  • Faulty starter motor
  • Engine-related malfunctions

Any battery failure resulting from the above conditions will not be eligible for warranty replacement.

4. Warranty Claim Requirements

  • The replacement battery must remain installed in the original vehicle.
  • A valid invoice issued by Battery Tyre Road Rescue must be presented when making a warranty claim.
  • Battery inspections may be conducted to verify eligibility before approval.

5. Revisit, Transport & Labour Fees

  • A revisit transport and labour fee of $50 applies for service requests made after 24 hours from the initial battery replacement service.
  • This fee applies regardless of warranty status, unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Spare Rim Deposit Policy

  • Spare rim deposits are fully refundable, provided the rim is returned in its original condition.

7. General Service Conditions

Battery Tyre Road Rescue reserves the right to:

  • Decline service where vehicle conditions pose safety risks
  • Reject warranty claims that do not meet the stated terms
  • Amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice
